RESPONSABILITIES
Greet customers promptly and courteously upon their arrival.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.
Provide accurate change and receipts to customers.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cash register and surrounding areas.
Assist with food preparation and packaging as needed during busy periods.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Restock and replenish inventory and supplies as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Perform opening and closing duties as required.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions accurately.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 lbs.
