RESPONSABILITIES
Operational Management:
 Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
 Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped at all times.
 Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and adherence to restaurant standards.
 Manage and optimize food and labor costs to achieve financial goals.
Customer Service:
 Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
 Ensure a positive dining experience for all customers by maintaining a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
Staff Management:
 Recruit, hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring all employees are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.
 Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
 Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback, coaching, and disciplinary action as needed.
 Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
Financial Management:
 Manage restaurant budgets, track financial performance, and generate reports for upper management.
 Handle cash management, including daily reconciliations, deposits, and safe management.
 Identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability through marketing, promotions, and upselling.
Compliance and Safety:
 Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including food safety, labor laws, and health codes.
 Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
 Conduct regular safety and sanitation inspections to maintain a safe working environment for staff and customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience as a store manager or in a similar leadership role in a quick service restaurant is required.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and analyze financial reports.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
